Laura Birney Events offers three standard packages for wedding planning and coordination, all of which can be tailor fit to your individual needs. Below is a brief outline of each package, as well as a list of our additional a la carte services.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING

For the couple who wants assistance and guidance every step of the way. From start to finish we will guide you through the entire planning process.

PARTIAL PLANNING

Let's do it together! Partial Planning can be anywhere in between Full Service Planning and Wedding Day Coordination. Wherever you are in the planning process, we will provide assistance and collaboration as desired.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION

This package is perfect for couples who have planned everything but want assistance to pull it all together. We will finalize the details, assist with timeline creation as well as coordinate and direct your rehearsal and wedding day from set-up to tear down.

We also offer a wide rage of A LA CARTE services, which includes:

  • Hourly consultations
  • Venue location search
  • Custom design/inspiration boards
  • Engagement shoot styling
  • Wedding website creation and management
  • Invitation assembly and mailing (postage supplied by client)
  • RSVP tracking and follow-up
  • Graphic design & paper products such as monograms, save the dates, programs, escort cards, table numbers, menus, etc.
  • Assembly of guest favors
  • Assembly of out of town guest welcome bags
  • Assistance with DIY (Do It Yourself) projects
  • Rental item returns (formal wear, decor, equipment, etc.)
  • Party planning and coordination for the engagement party, bridal showers, bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner and morning after brunch

    In addition to weddings we also offer planning and coordination for baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, charity events, holiday parties and more.
